Terms and Conditions for OT Help Desk – Board Preparation Products

1. Introduction

Welcome to OT Help Desk’s Board Preparation Products. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Gold and Fast Track subscription products. By purchasing or using these Products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Subscription Tiers

   – Gold Subscription: Available in three options:

     – 40-Day Gold Classic Subscription: Provides access to board preparation materials for 40 days from the date of activation for $199.

     – 120-Day Gold Classic Subscription: Provides access to board preparation materials for 120 days from the date of activation for $299.

     – Gold Guarantee Subscription: Grants access to board preparation materials until you pass the NBCOT® exam for $399.

   – Fast Track Subscription: Available in four options:

     – 15-Day Fast Track: Provides access to board preparation materials for 15 days from the date of activation for $129.

     – 30-Day Fast Track: Provides access to board preparation materials for 30 days from the date of activation for $149.

     – 50-Day Fast Track: Provides access to board preparation materials for 50 days from the date of activation for $189.

     – 90-Day Fast Track: Provides access to board preparation materials for 90 days from the date of activation for $210.

3. Subscription Activation and Duration

   – Activation begins on the day of purchase.

   – Gold Subscription:

     – The 40-Day Gold Classic Subscription is valid for 40 days from the date of activation.

     – The 120-Day Gold Classic Subscription is valid for 120 days from the date of activation.

     – The Gold Guarantee Subscription grants continuous access until you pass the NBCOT® exam, or the service is discontinued.

   – Fast Track Subscription:

     – The 15-Day Fast Track is valid for 15 days from the date of activation.

     – The 30-Day Fast Track is valid for 30 days from the date of activation.

     – The 50-Day Fast Track is valid for 50 days from the date of activation.

     – The 90-Day Fast Track is valid for 90 days from the date of activation.

4. Access and Use

   – For any package purchased on or after October 2^nd 2024 at 9:00 PM EST: Your subscription grants you access to the board preparation materials, including but not limited to practice questions and quizzes/tests, resource library files, and video content, strictly for the duration of your subscription period.

– For Gold packages purchased prior to October 2^nd 2024 at 9:00 PM EST: You will remain a member of the current Gold Guarantee product until you pass the NBCOT® Exam at no additional charge.

   – Access is granted only to the subscriber and is non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

5. Subscription Fees and Payment

   – Subscription fees are as follows:

     – Gold Subscription:

     – 40-Day Gold Classic: $199

     – 120-Day Gold Classic: $299

     -Gold Guarantee: $399

   – Fast Track Subscription:

     – 15-Day: $129

     – 30-Day: $149

     – 50-Day: $189

     – 90-Day: $210

   – We accept various forms of payment. All transactions are processed securely.

   – Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

6. Renewal and Cancellation

   – Subscriptions are non-renewing. At the end of your subscription period for time-limited materials, access to the materials will be terminated. If you purchase a Gold Guarantee Subscription, your access will remain valid until you pass the NBCOT® examination. To maintain your subscription, you must provide us with your testing information, including your state of residence, legal name, and anticipated exam date.

7. Intellectual Property

– You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided through the Products without explicit written permission from OT Help Desk.

8. User Conduct

   – You agree to use the Products solely for personal study and preparation purposes.

   – Any use of the Products for commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling or distributing content, is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

   – OT Help Desk makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of board examinations or the effectiveness of the Products.

   – In no event shall OT Help Desk be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Products.

10. Changes to Terms

   – OT Help Desk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting.
