To access continued use of your membership, please provide one of the following forms of verification:
- State of Residence and Screenshot of your Exam Confirmation Email (must include your name – click here for example)
- State of Residence and Screenshot of your Most Recent NBCOT Examination Performance Feedback Report (must include your name – click here for example)
Please note that failure to provide either of these will result in the continued suspension of your OT Help Desk Account until you have met this requirement.
