When studying harder isn’t changing your results, it’s time to look at how you’re reasoning.

OT Help Desk helps students understand how their decision-making performs under pressure.

How do we do this? We start with a Diagnostic Pre-Assessment

OT Help Desk is designed for students who:
  • Are putting in the time, but not seeing score movement
  • Feel unsure why answers keep missing the mark
  • Want to understand their thinking, not just practice more
  • Prefer guidance and structure over guessing
This is not a quick-fix program. It’s a structured process for students who are ready to be honest about what’s working AND what isn’t.
Why more practice doesn’t always help:
  • Doing more questions doesn’t change results if reasoning patterns stay the same.
  • Without a way to diagnose how decisions are being made, students often repeat the same mistakes without realizing it.
How this process works:
Step 1: Take a 100-Question Pre-Assessment: Establish a baseline across content areas. Get a Category Breakdown, and see exactly what areas to prioritize.
Step 2: Meet for a first-time tutoring session with Dr. C to interpret your results and build a targeted study plan based on your metrics.
Step 3: Guided Progression: Students move at their own pace with clear structure and measurable checkpoints.
Can this be done quickly?
Some students move quickly. Others take more time. What matters isn’t speed, it’s alignment. Progress happens when effort and reasoning are finally working together. Interpreting metrics is the key!
Start with clarity.
If you’re ready to understand how your reasoning is showing up and what to do next – begin with the diagnostic pre-assessment.
