OT Help Desk Refund Disclaimer

If you have purchased the Gold Guarantee Product and have participated fully in all modules and processes offered to you by OT Help Desk and its Gold Guarantee Product and were unable to pass the NBCOT exam on your first attempt, please provide us with proof of failure. Upon customer request for refund, OT Help Desk will issue a 100% refund to the customer within 60 days of proof of NBCOT board exam failure and along with accompanied request for refund. 

OT Help Desk reserves the right to warn, limit, or decline returns or product exchanges. All product refunds are subject to OT Help Desk’s Refund Verification Process. All decisions regarding refunds are subject to applicable laws. OT Help Desk employees have the authority to make a final decision for all refunds.
